- Behavioural Experiments: Implement small behavioural experiments to test the validity of those negative beliefs. For example, if they believe they are always unworthy, have them engage in activities that challenge this belief and assess the outcomes.
- Revisit and Reframe: Regularly revisit the negative thoughts and their origins. Work on reframing these thoughts based on new evidence and insights gained through self-reflection and behavioral experiments.

Objective: Equip the individual with new self-talk practices and coping strategies to reinforce positive change.
